1. Digital Products
All products sold on our website are digital products, such as PDFs, guides, e-books, research materials, and other downloadable content.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, returns and refunds are generally not available after the product has been successfully delivered.
2. Wrong Product Received
A return/replacement is available only if you receive the wrong digital product compared with the product you purchased.
For example:
- You purchased Human Constitution 360° but received a different PDF.
- You received a different product/version than the one shown on your order.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and proof of the issue.
After verification, we will provide the correct product at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description before purchasing, or dissatisfaction with the content.
If the wrong product was delivered and we are unable to provide the correct product, we may issue an appropriate refund.
4. Download & Access Issues
If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your purchased product, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product.
Technical difficulties with downloading do not automatically qualify for a refund.

- Name used for the purchase
- Email address used for the order
- Description of the problem
- Screenshot showing the wrong product, if applicable
We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
